The 2008 Pararescue Reunion will be at the Marriott Louisville, Downtown Louisville Kentucky Septemer 4th - 7th


HOTEL INFORMATION:
Rooms are blocked at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Marriott reservations toll free at 1-800-533-0127 or http://marriott.com/sdflm?groupCode=preprea&app=resvlink. Online reservations can only be made for exact dates of the reunion. If you plan on arriving early or staying later, use phone in directions. Make sure you tell them it is for the Pararescue reunion September 4th-7th. Be aware that early arrivals will not be assured reunion rates. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, will be charged (1) night’s room and tax. Reservations must be received on or before Wednesday, August 6, 2008. This is the cut-off date. At this time the rest of the rooms will be released for general sale to the public. Make your room reservations NOW so you do not end up having to stay at another hotel.
ROOM RATES: $89.00 per night (which is the current 2008 government rate). Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of check-in. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.


Schedule Of Events:

Thursday: Everyone arrives and signs in. Ice Braker from 5-7 p.m. with sandwich buffet.

Friday: Golf - 10:00 a.m. ath the Charlie Vettmer golf course or board the Star of Louisville at
11:00 a.m. for a riverboat lunch. Cruise is from 12:00 - 2:00. Menu includes salad, sliced beef
and chicken, pasta salad, potatoes and a vegtable, and desert. Price includes iced tea, soda or lemonade.
there is also a cash bar on the boat.

Friday evening: Everyone is on their own (We are setting up stuff at 4th Street Live... local bar/restaurant
district right by the hotel).

Saturday: Business meeting form 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Banquet starts with cocktails and pictures from
5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dinner and dancing from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. Menu still TBD

Sunday: Departure... Everyone on their own and check out by 3:00 p.m.

Hospitality Room: Will be open every day and evening until approximately 0200. The only exception will be during
the Ice Breaker and the Banquet at which time the room will be closed.
